Our in-house Stratasys Origin One photopolymer 3D printer can produce end-use parts and manufacturing-grade prototypes with the level of accuracy, consistency, and long-lasting dimensional stability equal to injection molding quality.

An evolution of digital light processing (DLP®), and Programmable Photopolymerization technology (P3™) powers our 3D prototyping machine. The tightly synchronized print process includes pneumatic controls to reduce pull forces during the print process, resulting in exceptional surface quality, without sacrificing speed or isotropy. It explains why our DLP printer successfully prints the widest range of geometry in resin, from large cross section bulky parts, parts printed directly on the platform, to the finest of features with less support.

Our 3D printer comes with a very diverse selection of validated high-performance materials - from tough to elastomeric or high temperature and specialty materials like FST or ESD. It is one of few - even industrial - resin printers that prints the toughest and highest temperature materials repeatedly without deformation.

The Stratasys Origin One offers very high throughput due to best-in-class time-to-part, with high green strength for fewer supports, minimal warpage with the ability to stack parts and short UV post-cure of 5-15 minutes for most materials.

BENEFITS
Flexible production of prototype and end-use parts at injection-molding like quality, in many high-performance materials.

Repeatedly print features as small as a hair or larger cross section parts with the same exceptional accuracy, consistency and less support.

Production flexibility - from prototyping to production on one platform - with short or long build and fast swaps of high-performance materials.

Achieve high throughput with fast time-to-part, high green strength, 5-15 minutes UV post-cure for most materials, low waste and high yield.

MATERIALS
It takes an ecosystem to transform an industry. The Stratasys Origin One has a team that works closely with leading chemical companies to co-develop innovative photopolymers with diverse mechanical and functional properties to unlock more applications in 3D printing. Choose from a wide range of single component, commercial-grade materials, developed on and validated for our particular printer.
